This private reference site operates independently of government. It does not store official files, retrieve records, conduct official checks, or submit documents for a visitor.

Its content identifies Bucks County police, courts and Corrections, the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, and the Pennsylvania Megan's Law Public Website, and may connect readers with outside research tools. Agency requests are subject to the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, while dissemination of repository information is governed by the Criminal History Record Information Act, 18 Pa.C.S. Chapter 91. Court files follow the Unified Judicial System public-access policy.

Pennsylvania restricts misuse of Pennsylvania Megan's Law Public Website information, which exists for public safety awareness rather than vigilantism or discriminatory decisions.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness.
