Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search tool is transmitted to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its response. Bucks County Criminal History does not retain or log those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email message may be retained as needed to prepare a response. It remains within the operating team unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Loading a page can cause the servers to receive these technical details:

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Bucks County Criminal History neither maintains nor sells a database of personal criminal-record information. It publishes general directions to Bucks police and court custodians, Bucks County Corrections, the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, and the Pennsylvania Megan's Law Public Website. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Information entered there is governed by the provider's privacy policy, including its retention and disclosure rules, rather than by this policy. Review those terms before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to county offices, court portals, Pennsylvania agencies, legal resources, and outside search tools. Once a visitor leaves this domain, the destination's privacy rules apply. Review them before providing personal information.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to observe activity across websites for targeted advertising.
